Melissa Gaglia focuses on representing clients on matters related to executive compensation and employee benefits in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Melissa drafts employment and compensation plans, agreements, and awards, as well as conducts benefits related transactional due diligence.

Melissa also assists with the design and implementation of health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, fringe benefit plans, and retirement plans. Melissa counsels clients on compliance with health care reform, federal, state, and local laws impacting benefits and benefit plans, and related tax implications.
