Melissa W. Sullivan

Melissa W. Sullivan joined the firm in 2015 after over a decade in criminal prosecution. Her experience in a wide range of driving cases, including serious violent felony driving cases, challenges to search warrants, gives her a keen advantage. As a personal injury lawyer, she can can uniquely empathize with clients who have been injured: while 20 weeks pregnant with her second child, she was struck as a pedestrian while in a crosswalk. The baby was fine, and has been born happy and healthy, but it took months for her to recover from the nerve pain caused by being hit by a vehicle.

Melissa now focuses her representation on personal injury negligence claims and criminal defense matters. Melissa particularly enjoys helping those who have suffered serious injuries from car, bicycle, and crosswalk injuries.
