Biography

Mr. Wright is admitted to all state courts in Florida and Georgia and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. He has handled many trials in both state and federal courts in Florida, has handled numerous appeals to appellate courts in Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Florida. He has been board certified in civil trial law since 1996. Board certification requires the trial of a minimum number of cases, passing a rigorous written examination, and favorable peer review. Mr. Wright is board certified by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy, approved by the American Bar Association. He has been selected a "Superlawyer" by Law & Politics Magazine, has been selected as a member of Florida Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, and has been selected a member of the Top 100 Lawyers in Florida 2020 by Superlawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Wright has a "superior" rating with AVVO, a national attorney ratings website, and an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating in both ethics and legal ability and knowledge
