Merav specializes in providing advice and leading complex real estate transactions, including in the fields of residential, commercial and office real estate. Furthermore, Merav represents real estate companies (private and public) with ongoing legal advice, and international Hi-Tech companies in the real estate aspects.

Merav provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, from the stage of checking the land, purchasing it and promoting the planning on their behalf, to the stages of construction and execution of the projects, including financing, taxation and planning and construction.

During her work, Merav acquired extensive experience in complicated residential, commercial and office real estate transactions, including, combination transactions, purchasing groups, selling, acquiring, leasing, and yielding real estate. In addition, Merav has experience of representing real estate companies in urban renewal and National Planning Guidelines for Seismic Strengthening – TAMA 38 projects.
