Biography

Meredith brings a broad range of experience to her representation of clients in the areas of commercial real estate and general corporate, contract, and financing matters. She services both large and small corporate clients, including national office tenants, broadcasting companies and manufacturers, as well as local businesses, in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of office properties. She is able to draw on her prior experience with electric utility companies and renewable energy projects in assessing issues relating to, and negotiating terms for, real estate transactions involving telecommunications and energy facilities and equipment. Meredith understands the need for precision and clarity in implementing client objectives and helping them achieve their business transactional goals.

Meredith’s legal services have included representation of entities such as pension funds and nonprofit service organizations in transactions involving real and personal property and property tax exemptions. She is able to focus on the importance to clients of maintaining fiduciary duties and nonprofit status through such transactions.
