Biography

Meredith Mandell focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including class action consumer fraud, antitrust, product liability, contract disputes, and bankruptcy. She represents clients from a diverse array of industries, such as financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, automotive, transportation, technology, hardware, pharmaceutical, and insurance. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. In addition to her regular practice, she is proactive in pro bono litigation.

Meredith previously served as a judicial law clerk in the Southern District of New York. Prior to practicing law, she was an award-winning reporter based in New York, New Jersey, Mexico, and the Middle East. Her most recent media work was as a legal affairs producer for a national television news network.
