Biography

Micah Mays joined Whitaker Chalk’s securities team in August of 2025. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2025, where she received recognition on the Dean’s Honor Roll and was the Executive Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. Prior to law school, Micah graduated from Texas A&M University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Micah has experience across multiple areas of business law, including securities transactions, M&A, and contract drafting.

Micah was a Fellow for the Business Law Section for the State Bar of Texas from 2024-2025. Currently, she is serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Section
