Michael A. Balducci is a Shareholder in the firm’s Tampa office. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and advises a wide range of insurers on policy language and claims-handling procedures. Michael works with issues involving commercial liability, commercial property, homeowners, automobile, directors and officers, and excess policies, and also litigates and advises on issues involving general liability.
