Biography

Michael A. Moser, Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Finance Group and Co-Managing Shareholder of the Westchester County office, advises major lending institutions on a wide array of complex real estate finance transactions, including capital markets and balance sheet financing. He focuses his practice on bridge loans, mezzanine loans, permanent loans, and construction financing, as well loan workouts and restructuring. He also counsels clients on the sale and securitization of mortgage loans in the commercial mortgage-backed securities markets. Michael’s real estate practice also includes the representation of owners in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial retail and office properties.
