Biography

Michael Aaron Rose is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Southern District and is a founding partner of the law firm Hach & Rose, LLP in New York. He has spent his entire career representing accident victims who have been injured by the negligence of others. He is a member of several associations, including the New York State Bar Association, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of the Trial Law Lawyers of America. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and also settled numerous claims resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recovery for clients. Many of these cases have resulted in seven figure awards and settlements. During a recent six month time span, Michael Rose tried three cases, each one resulting in a seven figure jury verdict. He is a frequent lecturer to members of the Bar Association covering topics such as construction site accidents, vocational rehabilitation and expert witness examinations. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
