Mike Sosnowski is a partner in the firm’s Hollidaysburg office, concentrating his practice on complex, high-exposure medical negligence and general liability cases in Pennsylvania. With over 30 years of litigation experience, Mike is renowned for his expertise in representing a diverse array of health care professionals and facilities, including physicians, specialists, nurses, hospitals, practice groups, and other medical providers across all specialties.
In his medical negligence practice, Mike handles cases involving a wide range of medical disciplines. His extensive experience covers every facet of medical and specialty practice, providing a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in medical negligence litigation.
Mike also represents individuals, as well as local, regional, and national companies, in general and premises liability matters statewide. His expertise includes fall accidents, defective conditions, negligent maintenance, and equipment accidents. He routinely handles multi-party litigation involving catastrophic injuries.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mike provides risk management and strategic counseling to health care clients. Throughout his career, Mike has lectured extensively throughout the state to health care providers on a variety of topics related to medical negligence and liability.
Before joining the firm, Mike served in various leadership roles, including managing a regional litigation law firm and the local office of a national law firm.
