Biography

Michael A. Suleta, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, has wide-ranging business and legal experience in a broad array of real estate activities, finance transactions, and equity investment for clients in the private equity fund, capital market, C-PACE market, institutional lender, developer, owner-operator, healthcare and skilled nursing facilities, corporate, investor, multi-family, industrial, office, retail, and hotel space.

Michael also maintains a robust real estate litigation practice, representing clients nationally in all aspects of commercial real estate, commercial lending, litigation and pre-dispute counseling, including title and lien priority issues, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, loan workouts, mortgage foreclosures, mezzanine UCC foreclosures, and eminent domain

Prior to practicing law, Michael represented numerous Fortune 500 corporations as a financial management consultant at a Big Four accounting firm.
