Biography

Michael A. Tremont is Of Counsel at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He started his with tenure with the Firm in 1990.

With a wide range of experience handling matters for public and private sector clients, Mike practices in labor arbitrations, mediation, collective bargaining agreements, and administrative proceedings before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) and the National Relations Labor Board (NRLB). Mike provides counsel concerning anti-discrimination in the workplace matters through the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as wage and hour litigation matters for a number of clients.

Mike is the former Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group and former member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, having served as the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
