Michael B. Manning is a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he de fends doctors, hospitals (including specialized children’s care hospitals), and regional trauma centers in a variety of medical malpractice matters.

Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Mike was an associate attorney in the motions department, and subsequently in the affirmative litigation depart ment, of a litigation defense firm in Brooklyn. There, he handled myriad aspects of medical malpractice defense. He also completed legal intern/externships in 2012, developing keen research, analytic, and legal writing skills.
