Biography

Michael Banuchis is a skilled family law practitioner and seasoned litigator. He has experience in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, property distribution, child custody, spousal support, child support, and matrimonial agreements.

Michael’s primary focus is to understand a client’s goals and work in unison with the client to achieve them. Michael prides himself on being calm under pressure and taking a measured approach in often vigorously contested divorce and custody disputes.

He has been practicing family law exclusively since 2012. Michael has appeared in federal court in actions brought pursuant to the Hague Convention on international child abduction.

Michael received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
