Michael Beckman’s path to the law wasn’t exactly typical. He actually started out in theater, where he learned the art of storytelling and how to connect with an audience. When he realized he could use those skills to fight for people who had been hurt, he found his true calling. Now, with over twenty years of experience, Michael is a co-founder of Viles & Beckman, LLC, where he treats every client like a member of his own family. He’s known for a unique mix of compassion and grit. He’ll listen to your story with an open heart, but he’s relentless when it comes to holding negligent parties accountable. His track record includes massive multimillion-dollar awards, but he’s just as proud of the work he does through the Viles & Beckman Foundation, supporting local kids and families. When he’s not in the office or giving back to the Southwest Florida community, Michael is usually recharging with his wife and kids, maybe out on the water or cheering for the Bucs. For him, the law is about more than just winning, it’s about making a real, lasting difference for the people who need it most.
