Biography

Michael Biddle is a litigation attorney that specializes in Personal Injury cases in the Sarasota/Bradenton office. Michael is an aggressive attorney who is a zealous advocate on behalf of the clients at Morgan & Morgan. Michael started with Morgan & Morgan in 2019 and entered the firm as an already experienced trial attorney.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Michael served as an Assistant State Attorney from 2016-2019 in the 12th Judicial Circuit where he was a felony prosecutor. Michael prosecuted drunk drivers, gang members, murderers, domestic violence abusers and drug traffickers. Michael has prepared and completed over 20 trials. Michael has vigorously represented victims in criminal cases and will bring that same energetic commitment to making sure clients are fully represented and compensated for their damages.

Michael grew up in California and graduated from the University of Pacific with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History. Michael worked in education in California before moving to Florida and graduating from the University of Miami School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Outside of work, Michael is active in community service and charity organizations.
