Mr. Robert M. Chandler

Michael Chandler, Esq., started his career on the defense side, representing corporations and insurance companies and learning how injury claims are assessed and challenged. He went on to lead numerous jury trials and present arguments before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. After gaining that experience, he left large-firm practice to devote his work to helping injured individuals and families coping with catastrophic injuries or the loss of a loved one. Because he understands how insurers and defense teams build their cases, Mr. Chandler is well positioned to anticipate their tactics and push for fair compensation when negligence, carelessness, or reckless conduct causes harm. As a partner at Chandler Volta Personal Injury Lawyers, he advocates for clients throughout Charlotte and across North Carolina, giving victims a strong, steady voice in and out of the courtroom. Away from work, Mr. Chandler is a father of three who lives in Myers Park. He attends Myers Park Methodist Church, stays involved with local charitable organizations, and enjoys strength training and 9Round workouts when he’s not with his family or working on behalf of clients.
