Biography

I represent the hardest working people in the world. For more than 45 years I have exclusively represented those who have had the misfortune of becoming seriously injured. in industrial accidents or through the negligence of a third party. I am known for my ability to assemble the right team to respond to the unique requirements facing injured workers and their families in injury cases in order to maximize their economic recoveries.

Workers' Compensation: Emphasis on maximizing injured workers and their families' monetary recovery under the ever-evolving California Labor Code. Protection of workers' rights to temporary disability, lifetime medical care, permanent disability, and vocational retraining benefits.

Personal Injury: Represents severely injured persons and their families throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Assuring injured person and their families' recovery of lost wages and lost earning capacity, medical care, pain and suffering damages, emotional distress. Cases include big rig accidents, industrial claims, child sexual abuse, elder abuse, wrongful death, and defective products.
