Excellence and Early Career
Mr. Townsend
earned his bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, laying the
groundwork for his legal pursuits. His quest for legal knowledge led
him to the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he
obtained his law degree. In 2005, he gained admission to The Missouri
Bar, and in 2007, the state of Kansas welcomed him to its courtrooms
as a practicing attorney.
Following law
school, Mr. Townsend worked for a prominent insurance defense law
firm. During this pivotal period, he acquired invaluable insights
into the strategies employed by insurance companies to deny coverage
to claimants. Armed with this knowledge, he dedicated over eleven
years to championing the rights of his clients as a founding member
of Peddicord & Townsend, LLC.
In August of
2021, Mr. Townsend established Townsend Law, LLC, marking a new
chapter in his relentless pursuit of justice for individuals.
