$225,000 Premises Liability Settlement: In October 2014, Mike Reiter represented a client injured due to negligence at their apartment complex. The client was hurt by broken glass hidden in a bush, which caused nerve damage and required surgery. The case settled for $225,000 after the insurance changed its stance during litigation.

$200,000 for Car Accident Injury: Mike Reiter represented a client injured when another driver rear-ended her vehicle, causing pain and injuries to her neck, back, and shoulders. After initially refusing to offer a settlement and requiring litigation, Geico eventually agreed to settle the case for $200,000.
