I was informed confidentially by a past client of his that Mr. Liberty undertook to represent a client notwithstanding a conflict of interest. Specifically, one client consulted with Mr. Liberty and paid him for his time after meeting with Michael and giving him confidential information. Mr. Liberty subsequently represented another person involved in the business transaction in filing a lawsuit against multiple defendants INCLUDING the person with whom he had initially consulted.
