With compassionate and pragmatic legal advice, I guide my clients through complex divorce situations and all other family law matters. I also handle many uncontested or amicable divorces efficiently and affordably. In addition to my litigation practice, I help couples  reach a fair settlement through mediation. Every year, I also draft or negotiate many prenuptial agreements between engaged parties. I try to work out a fee that is fair and reasonable and when possible I work on a flat fee basis rather than billing by the hour.
