Biography

Michael J. Douglas has represented a number of clients in connection with significant corporate life cycle transactions, including entity formations, debt and equity financings, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Mike also serves as counsel to emerging growth company clients on a variety of day-to-day corporate and securities matters, and has experience with secured lending, acquisition financing and restructuring transactions, on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
Prior to joining Gennari Aronson, Michael Douglas worked as an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart in Boston.
Mike earned a J.D. in 2007 from Boston College Law School. He also holds a BA summa cum laude from Tufts University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society.
