Biography



Mike Wargo is a talented litigator with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of litigation and trial. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance law, personal injury and construction/contractor liability. He is also a certified circuit court civil mediator.


Mr. Wargo earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (including the Trial Bar), the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Wargo is a member of the Palm Beach County, South Palm Beach County and American Bar Associations, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and The Florida Bar (Member, Trial Lawyers Section; Former Chairman and Current Member, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee D).
