Michael F. Moran: devotes his entire practice to the representation of victims of elder abuse and nursing home litigation. Mr. Moran has significant trial experience, having tried over 130 jury trials to verdict throughout California. He has over 29 years of experience as an attorney, including extensive experience as a civil defense trial attorney and working in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Moran has obtained numerous million dollar verdicts and arbitration awards for elderly victims of abuse and neglect throughout the State of California and Settlements in excess of a million dollars and is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Moran was recently recognized by the California Advocates of Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) for his trial advocacy by being awarded the William F. Taylor Memorial Award.
