Michael G. DiDomenico

Michael DiDomenico joined Lake Toback DiDomenico in 2000 and now serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. His practice covers the full range of family law, with a particular depth of experience in appeals. He has presented cases at every level of Illinois courts, including the Illinois Supreme Court, and has appeared as amicus curiae on important issues. Since 2005, Michael has guided clients through hundreds of domestic relations appeals addressing complex financial and parenting disputes, including high-net-worth estate division, business valuation, maintenance, child support, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, and relocation. He also routinely handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, jurisdictional challenges involving multi-state and international issues, fee petitions, dissipation of marital assets, orders of protection, annulments, and enforcement matters such as contempt, along with discovery and other procedural disputes. Beyond his casework, Michael is a regular author and speaker for IICLE and other legal organizations and is a frequent lecturer at Illinois family law programs for attorneys and judges. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and remains active in multiple bar associations.
