Biography

Mr. Cain focuses exclusively on family law, primarily on cases involving complex custody matters. Mr. Cain also has extensive experience guiding clients through cases involving paternity, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and property division, including property divisions in high-income divorces with complicated valuation issues. Mr. Cain aims to assist clients in reaching fair and equitable agreements while keeping legal expenses at a minimum. If an agreement cannot be achieved, Mr. Cain ensures that his clients are zealously advocated for in the courtroom. Mr. Cain has worked for the firm since 2008 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Mitchell | Hamline School of Law in 2018. He joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in October 2018. While attending law school, Mr. Cain served as a certified student attorney with the firm, representing pro bono clients in divorce and child custody cases. Mr. Cain lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with his fiancée, their son, and three dogs.
