Michael H. Joseph, Esq.

Michael Joseph is a New Yorker through and through, with a background that spans the Bronx, Long Island, Queens, and Manhattan. He grew up in Co-op City and later moved to Long Island as a teenager. After law school, he began his legal career at a prominent Manhattan personal injury firm, commuting from Kew Gardens, Queens, and learning what it takes to build strong cases for people who have been hurt through no fault of their own. Eventually, he opened his own practice to serve clients throughout New York City and Westchester County. Mr. Joseph’s drive to stand up for injured people is tied to both family history and lived experience. As the descendant of railroad workers who endured tragic workplace injuries on New York railroads, he understands the lasting impact an accident can have. His time at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans further deepened his sense of justice, especially through the criminal clinic, where he represented people facing felony charges who could not afford an attorney and witnessed how poverty can fuel unequal outcomes.
