Michael Michmerhuizen focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, appellate law, and insurance defense. He has participated in more than 100 appeals in state and federal courts of Indiana and Michigan and has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Tax Court. As a litigator, he has worked with plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death actions, securities violations, coverage actions, construction disputes, contractual disputes, trade secrets actions and trademark and copyright infringement cases.
