Michael H. Starler has considerable experience representing high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Michael's clients benefit from his guidance and practical approach to structuring integrated estate plans, business entities and business transactions, drawing on his more than 40 years experience involving a wide variety of legal matters. Michael's practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, including use of family limited partnerships and family limited liability companies, business succession planning, and individual, corporate and partnership tax.
