Biography

Michael Hadgis is a seasoned civil litigator with over 15 years of experience defending insureds, self-insured businesses, and governmental entities in personal injury and property damage matters. His practice includes the defense of motor vehicle, UM/UIM, premises liability, products liability, general negligence, and construction claims.

Over the course of his career, Michael has tried dozens of jury trials in state and federal court. Before joining the firm, he spent seven years as in-house trial counsel for national insurance carriers, where he gained substantial courtroom experience and maintained a perfect record in jury trials.

Michael clerked for Judge Ronald C. Nagle in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas immediately after law school. He completed a judicial externship with Judge Chad F. Kenney in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas during his third year of law school.

Michael is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Michael is a member of the Parish Council of the St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church in Broomall, Pa.
