Michael J. Cohen is a shareholder with the law firm of Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols SC, and is a member of the firm's executive committee. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation including non-compete and other restrictive covenants, breach of contract, business torts, employment, environmental/toxic tort litigation, and complex insurance coverage litigation, including environmental liability and bad faith claims. Mr. Cohen is a frequent lecturer and author on business torts and insurance coverage issues. He is Vice President and a director of the Milwaukee Bar Association. Named in the Top 50 Wisconsin Super Lawyers list, 2008. Former Coordinator, State Bar of Wisconsin High School Mock Bar Tournament. Committee Member, Legal Aid Society Development Committee.
