Biography

Michael Lynch has been practicing real estate law on the Western Slope for over 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Notre Dame , where he also was captain of the varsity lacrosse team. He received his law degree from Fordham University Law School in New York City, where he was a member of the Law Review.After practicing in New York City for several years, Michael moved to Telluride, Colorado in 1988 and established a private law practice specializing in real estate and transactional law. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the CBA Real Estate Section. Michael and RWO established the Telluride office of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. in 2009.His primary practice areas remain real estate law, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, development, land use and zoning, landlord and tenant law, construction contracts, mining claim transactional law, and real estate litigation. Lynch also engages in general corporate law, contracts law and formation and representation of start-up companies and real estate holding companies. The Telluride office of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. brings unprecedented legal expertise and resources to the entire Western Slope.
