Biography

Michael J. Menicucci is committed to the pursuit of justice on behalf of his clients. Helping him achieve that goal is over thirty-five years of significant litigation and trial experience, during which he has achieved multiple six and seven-figure recoveries on behalf of many personal injury clients. For about ten years of Michael’s legal career, he primarily represented the interests of insurance companies and/or their insureds in the defense of personal injury matters. That experience gave him valuable insight as to how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims in ways that are designed to minimize, if not outright defeat, an injured party’s bodily injury claim. The combination of “knowing the adversaries playbook'” and Michael’s legal knowledge, communication skills and positive reputation among his legal peers and the insurance industry have enabled Michael to provide first-class representation to his personal injury clients for the past twenty-five years, during which he has devoted hours and hours representing injury victims seeking reasonable compensation for their injuries.

Michael and his wife of thirty-seven years are the parents of three sons. His eldest son’s love of animals steered him in the direction of becoming a veterinarian. Michael’s two other sons, who followed in the footsteps of their father and paternal grandfather, are also attorneys. Michael learned from his father that providing clients with first-class service and results begins with compassion, and individualized attention that includes giving sound advice and providing clients with regular updates and information relevant to their case in a timely and consistent manner.
