Biography

MICHAEL J. NOLAND is a senior partner in the Firm. In addition to representing many individuals and business entities in the above-identified practice areas, Michael is the City Attorney for the City of Kingsburg, California. He also represents other governmental agencies including, Fresno County LAFCo, as special legal counsel. Michael has extensive experience in the purchase, sale, and development of real property for residential and commercial uses and in the negotiation of retail and commercial leases. Michael also organizes and participates in estate planning seminars for local groups, including non-profit organizations.
