Biography

Michael J. Paolucci is a principal in the firm’s Detroit office specializing in senior living and medical malpractice litigation. During his legal career, he has represented and defended the interests of numerous physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice litigation. Additionally, he has presented to nursing personnel regarding record-keeping issues and the pitfalls of poor/inadequate documentation in the context of malpractice litigation.

Mr. Paolucci received a B.A. degree from Oakland University in 1986, graduating cum laude. Additionally, he was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor society, a member of the varsity tennis team, and a recipient of the William Morris Foundation Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Detroit College of Law in 1991.

Mr. Paolucci is licensed to practice law in Michigan. He is also a member of the negligence law section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Paolucci is an active member of St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church and a member of Christian Men’s Fellowship Group. He is also a volunteer coach for the Grosse Pointe Little League.
