Biography

Michael brings a wealth of trial experience and prosecutorial insight to Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald.

Before entering private practice, he served in the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a broad spectrum of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to complex felony cases. In that role, Michael gained extensive courtroom experience, honed his litigation skills, and developed a deep understanding of case strategy from investigation through verdict.

Areas of Expertise:

Family Law: Divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, and domestic violence.Commercial Litigation: Contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, and protecting clients’ financial interests during a divorce involving family-owned businesses.

Since transitioning to private practice, Michael has leveraged that experience to provide strategic, results-driven representation to clients in disputes involving complex financial issues, family separations, and family-owned businesses.
