Biography

Michael J. Famiglietti received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011 and his B.S. from Farmingdale State College in 2007. Mr. Famiglietti joined Rosenberg & Gluck in April 2014 as an associate. In September of 2019 he was elevated to partner. He was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 2012.

Following law school, he was selected as a Fellow by The Honorable Francis B. Schultz of Hudson County Superior Court. He also served as a Fellow to the New York State Division of Human Rights where he fought on behalf of individuals who were victims of discrimination. In 2012, Mr. Famiglietti began working as an associate for a boutique law firm whose practice focused on personal injury and negligence matters.

Mr. Famiglietti is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
