Biography

Mr. Bileci focuses his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Michael served as a Paralegal Specialist for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware. Michael was also a Captain in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2005.
