Biography

Michael L. Corrente’s practice focuses on corporate, real estate, and construction matters. He regularly advises individuals and businesses regarding entity selection and formation, corporate governance, construction agreements, purchase agreements, leasing, lending, and real estate development.

Michael earned his law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Michael has the distinction of being the first concurrent graduate of the Masters of Sports Law and Business program at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Michael also worked in the Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office while a law student.

Michael received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Bentley University.
