Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Michael obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (B.A., English) and graduated with a juris doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University (1997). He is admitted to practice in Maryland (1997), the District of Columbia (2000), and Florida (2003) and is a member in good standing of these bars. Michael's practice focuses on commercial residential real estate law, foreclosures, commercial lending law, corporate formation and representation, and title insurance services. He has experience representing homeowners, developers, financial institutions , businesses and franchisees, and homeowners/condominium associations in various real estate and business related matters. Michael was formerly a litigator with the firm of Conroy, Coleman & Hazzard, PA. In September of 2004, he joined Morrison & Caudill, PL, and narrowed his area of practice to real estate and business transactions. In addition, Michael co-founded and served as the Director of Business Development for Reqwired, Inc.
Lifestyle:
Michael married his beautiful wife, Jennifer, in May of 2008. Michal has two children and remains active in the community. He has spent the past four seasons coaching little league baseball in Naples.
