Biography

Michael L. Mullins is an experienced Oklahoma attorney with an emphasis in the area of family law and domestic relations. Mr. Mullins focuses his practice on high-profile and high-net worth divorces and other matters of domestic nature, including legal separations, alimony, child custody and support.

One of only a few Oklahoma attorneys to be admitted to the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Mr. Mullins’ legal practice has focused on traditional client representation and litigation in domestic matters in Oklahoma since 1990.

Mr. Mullins is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars, as his peers in the legal community look to his legal savvy in matters of domestic law. He has also been active with the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association, having served as member -- and later chairman -- of the Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors. Mr. Mullins is also a member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court, and has been a delegate to the Oklahoma State Bar Convention.

Prior to founding Mullins, Hirsch & Parrish in 1996 with Karl Hirsch and Patricia Parrish, Mr. Mullins associated with and became partner in Fagin & Fagin, an Oklahoma law firm, which was subsequently renamed Fagin, Fagin, Nixon & Mullins after his partnership.

Since 1996, Mr. Mullins has been the primary partner in his namesake law firm through its many iterations, including Mullins, Hirsch & Jones, and Mullins, Hirsch, Edwards, Heath, White & Martinez, P.C.

In 2013, Mr. Mullins teamed up with Tracey D. Mullins, Jamie Sexton and Ryan J. Reaves to form Mullins Mullins Sexton & Reaves, a firm whose primary focus is serving Oklahoma families.

Mr. Mullins is AV Rated (Preeminent) by Martindale.com. He has been selected and listed by Super Lawyers each year since 2006.
