Born and raised in Marin County, California, near the serene Mt. Tamalpais and San Francisco Bay, Michael Lamphere graduated from Redwood High School in 1981 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Business Administration minor from UCLA in 1985. After obtaining his JD from Santa Clara University in 1989, Michael began his legal career at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn, Bentley, Wagner & Kane, specializing in appellate and insurance coverage defense. His practice later expanded to product liability and construction defect litigation. In 1996, he opened the Law Office of Michael O. Lamphere, focusing on civil litigation. By 2000, he co-founded Lamphere Law Offices, LLP, which specialized in real estate and personal injury litigation. With 32 years of experience across California, Michael offers a keen understanding of the legal system, employing a strategic approach of preparation, advocacy, and successful resolution for his clients.
