Michael P. Aloi

As the head of Grungo Law's Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Department, Mike Aloi brings over three decades of legal ingenuity and experience to his role. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Peter’s University in 1981. He then moved to suburban Philadelphia, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 1984. Mike's legal career began in Philadelphia, where he practiced for many years before joining a South Jersey law firm. Over 16 years, he rose to shareholder and led the Workers’ Compensation Department. Since joining Grungo Law in 2017, Mike has continued to focus on workers’ compensation cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, he has successfully resolved numerous complex cases before various adjudication offices. An avid sports fan and former All-State ice hockey player, Mike now enjoys being a dedicated sports spectator. Described as the ultimate family man, he resides in Marlton with his wife Rose, cherishing time with their two daughters and son-in-law. Mike believes in selflessly supporting others, treating clients with the same compassion he shows his family.
