Michael Phillip Borell II is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, with his practice focusing on construction defect litigation. He represents a variety of general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction-related entities in a wide range of matters throughout the State of Florida.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mr. Borell attended the University of Miami graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. He continued his education at the University of Miami School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2025.

While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Borell served as Alumni Editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review, as well as participating in various organizations including the Cuban American Bar Association.
