Biography

In 1981, Mr. Marcin began a career as a geophysicist in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries until starting law school at the University of Texas in 1992. In 1998, he became a founding member of the Gammage, Hampton, Marcin & Ray, L.L.P. law firm practicing oil and gas litigation, administrative law, condemnation work, and general business litigation. In 2003, Mr. Marcin joined Cantilo & Bennett, L.L.P. and made partner in 2008 where he practices business and employment litigation as well as acting as an insurance company receiver.
