Biography

Mr. McCaffrey focuses his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Mr. McCaffrey was a law clerk and judicial intern for The Honorable Anne McDonnell, and Presiding Judge Chancery, General Equity, New Jersey Superior Court. He was also a judicial extern for The Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, Chief U.S.D.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
