Biography

Michael Patrick McSoley is a Partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office. His practice focuses primarily on litigation in the areas of construction, hospitality industry, personal injury and general civil defense matters. Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, he worked with both large and small law firms, and as a sole practitioner. He has experience in a wide variety of civil matters including litigation, family law, wills, trusts and probate, trust litigation, general business matters, condominiums and HOAs, and real estate.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. McSoley worked for several years in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Mr. McSoley received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, NC. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.
