As a trial lawyer, Mr. Oliver has tried more than 125 jury trials to verdict as lead counsel. These trials have included obstetrical medical malpractice, and machinery, motor vehicle, and medical equipment products liability. His current practice is limited to representing injured patients and their families in medical malpractice cases in Kansas and Missouri.
